Here at Nameless City Apparel we take pride in the quality of our products. All of our Shirts, Totes and Hoodies are hand screen printed by us in house .

We use ink technology and techniques which ensure that you receive a product that is equal to, or exceeds, what you would expect from a high end retail store.

The ink we choose to use on this garment is Eco Friendly Water Base Discharge. This ink ensures that you receive an incredibly lightweight, soft print. In most cases, you wont even be able to feel that the print is on the garment. The ink allows the garment to still breathe so it’s very comfortable to wear. This ink will not crack or peel and is safe to iron.

The garment we have chosen for this print is an Earth Positive 100% organic cotton Hoodie which features 2 proper pockets and not a kangaroo pouch.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, we would advise that you upgrade the shipping to either Tracked or Tracked and Signed. This will ensure you can follow your orders progress once it leaves us.

All orders will be despatched via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. Standard Shipping is UNTRACKED.

To keep your garment looking its best, we recommend that you <wash it inside out at 30degrees C or the equivalent and line dry it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What tees do you use?

Our standard tees are Gildan Premium, these are a step up from the Heavy Cotton or Softstyle that you normally see.

For our Deluxe range we use Continental Clothing tees, usually Earth Positive. These are 100% organic cotton and are the most comfortable shirts we have ever had.

Our standard Baseball tees are Fruit of the Loom and come with full length long sleeves..

Our Deluxe Baseball tees are Continental Cloth=ing Earth Positive 100% Organic Cotton. These have 3/4 length sleeves.

The Tanks are Bella + Canvas.

All our shirts are 100% cotton.

Do you do custom work?

Yes, please see the listing in the shop for custom deals, or please click the request a custom order button and we can help you out.

We can offer you print only (you supply the shirts) right through to a full start from scratch service, where we can help with your design and artwork, source the shirts, do the print and package your shirts ready for retail. We have a low minimum order requirement, currently 10 shirts, and our prices include all set up fees and shipping to a UK mainland address.

Currently we only offer this service to the UK.

How are your shirts printed?

All of our shirts are hand screen printed by us here in house using the latest inks to give you the best print we can.

Our dark shirts are printed in Discharge Ink, this ink leaves absolutely no feel at all on the garment. It re-dyes the garment so the print becomes part of the actual shirt.

The light shirts are printed in Water Base ink, again these leave very little feel at all. This ink sits in the weave of the garment, not on top of it, so it has a very soft feel.

Both of these ink technologies allow the print to breathe, so you don't get that horrible feeling in the summer where your shirt is causing you to perspire! They also eliminate the taking that can accompany standard plastisol prints after a few washes.

How long is it between me ordering and you shipping?

In all honesty, it depends. All our shirts are printed to order, however, we aim to ship within 3 working days, and in all cases it will be within 5 working days unless stated in the designs description.

If there is going to be any delay, we will let you know. So far, we have never been outside of the 5 working days, and in most cases it's been much sooner than that.

Please bear in mind time differences, if you are ordering from the USA and it's 5pm on a Friday there, it's going to be anywhere up to 1am on Saturday here.

We count working days as Mon-Fri.

How long will it be before I receive my shirts after you have shipped them?

We send all UK orders via standard post, you should receive your order within 5 days of us notifying it's been shipped.

If you are outside the UK we ship via standard Royal Mail international unless you have chosen to upgrade. The standard mail is UNTRACKED, they quote 7-10 days to reach the US and 4-7 days for Europe, then your order needs to clear customs and is handed to your national mail carrier for delivery.

We strongly advise you to upgrade to tracked delivery if you are outside the UK, this will give you the peace of mind knowing where your order is.

Sizing details

We use the standard S, M, L, XL and XXL sizing in our ordering.

We have included a "True Sizing" photo on all of our listings, this allows you to check the size with a shirt you already own. Please ensure you look at all the photos in the listing to find this.

Please note, I can't advise you on size, however the shirts we use tend to fit a little small. You may wish to consider ordering a size up. If you find your shirt is the incorrect size, I will swap it for you, but you will need to pay the postage and return the original.

I ordered from you before and you shipped next day, this time it's taken longer, why?

Unfortunately I also have to work a full time job, so if I'm on a late shift and you order during that day, I probably won't print it that night, as I don't want my tiredness to result in you getting a bad shirt. I know you want your order as quickly as possible, but please bear with me so I can give you the best print I can. Thanks!

What do I do if i have a problem with my order?

We aim to deliver the best to you. The best product and the the best service. If you have any issues, please contact us and we will work with you to rectify them. Please note, if you are an overseas buyer, unless you choose the Tracked Delivery option your package will be sent Standard Shipping. This ISN'T tracked, once its left us its in the hands of the postal service. In the unlikely event that they loose the parcel, and we have to send a replacement, this will be sent Tracked and we may ask you to pay for the delivery upgrade. Please consider using the tracked option at the checkout if you are ordering overseas. We do not make money on this, I promise! Its just so we can ensure your parcel reaches you as safely as possible. Thanks.

If I want to stock your shirts in my shop for resale, can I do that and do you give a wholesale discount?

We are always open to talking to resellers, and it would be really cool to be stocked in a bricks and mortar shop. If you are looking to buy enough we are happy to talk to you about a wholesale price.
